Week 9 Update
This week, we have been working on our SEO projects for iFixit. As I decided on the product, I wanted to choose to create a landing page for Taylor Lindell, and I decided to work on our project together. I decided to collaborate with her on this assignment because of the friendly relationship and timely approach we both have to our coursework. Furthermore, we have worked together numerous times and have completed exceptional work.
The product Taylor and I decided to create our SEO landing page on is the Craftsman Nailer. We decided to create content for this product because of the high volume of people that this product is used by. From massive construction sites to a typical home renovation, nail guns are helpful in a wide range of projects. So far, we have completed our product's table of Contents and summary. Although we have quite a bit to work on, I’m excited to see all we can contribute to this product and the lives it’ll improve.
The ability to access manuals to fix essential products such as power tools seem like something that would have a minimal impact, but it’s anything but that. Finding an excellent, comprehensive manual to fix products reduces waste and creates financial stability. Like all other products, nail guns require significant labor and resources to produce—-two components that are very hard to sustain for a healthy planet. Writing an SEO landing page gives Taylor and me a chance to change the world by improving personal finances and the environment.
